Ragasco’s composite propane cylinders offer extensive customization options, allowing businesses to tailor them to their specific branding and needs.
Customize your cylinder with unique colors, logos, and branding elements to create a distinctive look that enhances brand visibility.
Our cylinders have a 15-year service life from the date of manufacture. They require recertification at 5- and 10-year intervals. This is largely due to the materials we use, as well as the UV additives applied to the casing material to provide UV stability.
We have the safest track record in the industry. Our propane cylinders are BLEVE-free, even in the event of a fire. The resin burns off and the plastic liner and casing melt in a fire, allowing the propane to breathe through the cylinder wall, and instead burn in a controlled manner.
The fiberglass and resin materials enable you to see the propane gas level through the wall of the cylinder so that you always know exactly how much propane you have left. This helps to eliminate any risk of running out of propane when you need it most, as well as any necessity to rely solely on your propane tank gauge or an external monitor.
A composite propane tank or Type IV LPG cylinder, consists of a fiberglass pressure vessel and an external casing. Composite cylinders are widely used for storing gas under high-and low-pressure. Composite materials have unique qualities such as light weight, superior strength, and increased durability, and they are used in multiple industrial applications.
