    The SmartLid is available for purchase through Worthington Enterprises and its distribution partners. Please contact your territory manager or a Worthington inside sales representative.
  • How does the SmartLid monitor work?
    The SmartLid is an integrated design that combines the quality of Worthington Enterprises vertical and horizontal above-ground lid designs with Otodata’s industry-leading tank monitoring technology. The intuitive design makes installation easy and ensures proper monitor placement with every install. Data is transmitted using dual SIM, LTE and CAT-M technologies to Otodata’s Nee-Vo software, which integrates with most APIs.
  • How do I install a SmartLid?
    The SmartLid uses a hinge and pin system to connect the lid to the tank. The monitor lead then connects to any read-ready fuel gauge. No tools are required. The SmartLid for vertical tanks has been designed to fit any Worthington Indus- tries 200- and 420-pound vertical tanks with a 16-inch collar manufactured after 1997. The SmartLid for horizontal above-ground tanks is designed to fit most 200-, 325-, 500-, and 1,000-gallon tanks.
  • Is the monitor waterproof?
    The monitor is fully encapsulated in a Polypropylene case that is sealed with protective silicone. The monitor is also shielded from external elements under the lid.

    The SmartLid has a warranty of 5 years.
  • Is the SmartLid compatible with all heating tanks?
    The SmartLid for vertical tanks fits all Worthington Enterprises 420- and 200-pound heating tanks with a 16-inch collar manufactured after 1997. The SmartLid for horizontal above-ground tanks is designed to fit most 200-, 325-, 500- and 1,000-gallon tanks.
  • Can the SmartLid be installed on an underground tank?
    Yes, the SmartLid can be installed on cylindrical and rectangular risers/shrouds with a bracket kit.
